These are the only decent photos that I have of my Buttercup cosplay from Con Bravo. We got them taken at the Cosplay for a Cure booth who were doing photos to support a great cause more on them here ([link])

This dress was a pain to sew and the pattern I chose had to be so heavily modified that it was basically like making a whole new pattern. Also the fabric was a poor choice. Pretty happy with how it turned out and I'm impressed I managed to sew a dress that fit decently and had an invisible zipper to boot. The Bubbles (Jen) had a huge part in keeping me sane during the sewing.

Our Blossom had to work that weekend so we didn't have her around. Hopefully she finishes her dress at some point.

White tights for adults are stupid hard to find. We didn't realize this till a week before the con so the ones we ordered didn't come in time

Here in the US you can find them everywhere...
Especially in dance stores...

It's a store specializing in selling dance stuff like tights and leotards. They're expensive but they have ALL the tights.
You guys have to have SOME dance store, right? XD
Even Payless sells tights in the US. XD

We do but not for the kind we needed. We checked department stores and drugstores but pure white tights only seemed to come in little girl sizes. lol I actually had to order them from the States
